1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
✔ Item must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached.
✔ Item must be returned in its original packaging.
✔ Return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
✔ Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.

🚫 Non-returnable items:

• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
• Final sale items, gift cards, and custom-made products.
• Items returned after the 14-day window (unless approved by customer service).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To process your return, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Wait for approval & return instructions from our team.
3️⃣ Ship the item to the return address provided in the instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4️⃣ Receive your refund or exchange once the returned item is inspected and approved.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued as follows:

✔ Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
✔ You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Exchanges

• Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before they are processed for shipping.
• If your order has already been shipped, it must be returned following our return policy.
